INITIAL DEVELOPMENT IDEA ( KIDS FOOTWEAR)

In this blog I will share some more generated ideas which I have developed by being inspired from the picture above and inspires me to have crooked design. Moreover the design which I have developed resembles the symbol of the white oak tree of the city of Connecticut emblem.

Beginning with development of my idea I first started exploring some of the most famous kids footwear for boys and girls respectively. Moreover in contrast I would like to inform the targeted market for this initial developed idea are children aged 5 to 7.

These are the two picture which I looked at before starting my work for an understand of developments of kids shoes. Moreover I feel designing shoes for kids wont be a difficult task as designing footwear for each age group is the same, the only difference lies in the size and the fitting where normally genZ gets shoelaces whereas gen alpha gets Velcro and elastic wrapping around the foot.

I started with my work on procreate software from which I designed my first design.

 Then I aligned it into the left corner and started working on my second design for kids - Boys 

With the help of Apple Pencil and sketching type mercury I drew my design with pen shade size 5%.

 

Next this is the process video above with I go through expressing my initial developments of ideas. Moreover the girls 2 design I made on a different canvas of procreate as in the first canvas I already had 2 final initial idea so I preferred making it on other canvas and then with the help of move tool I selected the layers and pasted on the canvas which had boys shoes and them with the help of straight line I differentiate these 2 design for boys and girls separately.

These are my four design which I developed. Moreover this is not the end and I will be working more onto the design. Overall, here the symbol of oak tree I have tried to resembles on the logo of my designed footwear as doing something differently.
