WELCOME POST - ART PORTFOLIO : 02
Welcome back to Art Portfolio 2 on Shadaan's site. Reviewing over the last term of Art Portfolio:01, I had successfully achieved an immense knowledge and enhanced our skill set in handling my very own footwear design, sketching by hand from various perspectives, experimenting to the use of various software for design board, completing the "Slight Slide" portfolio.
Beginning of this term, I have planned to utilize the blog to demonstrate my passion towards footwear design with my best practice, design and knowledge throughout this term. Moreover, I will be actively improving my work by learning from the mistakes and feedback I got over my previous major project. Additionally, Art Portfolio:02 is mainly based on a tutor's brief which I would happily carry out for this terms major project.
As we had a break between this two terms I have worked on practicing the new software procreate, which I had used in my last term where as I was not proficient design on such software. I have practiced many sketches digitally during the break time before starting with this new term which will further help me in my new term.
Overall during this term, I will be focusing on enhancing my sketching skills in order to be more equipped. Furthermore, I am planning to expand my knowledge more than before by designing 6 footwear design differently. In order to push my artistic boundaries with various research and experiments to show my best work of my learnings from this foundation year, making it the best for my progression route.
